What is the recommended age range for your products?

We recommend our products for ages 3 and up or once a child is no longer putting items in their mouth.

Can I order Mama of Joy Sensory Bins as a gift?

We would love for you to gift our products! When you place your order, you can include a personalized gift message that will be included with the shipment on the packing slip. Prices are not included on our packing slips.

If I buy the monthly subscription, will I receive one of the themed sensory bins currently listed for sale on your website?

No, the monthly subscriptions are new themes each month and will not be any of the current items for sale on the website.

Why Get A Subscription Vs. Just Placing A Single Order?

Subscriptions are new themes not yet released on the website. Subscriptions are our best deal saving you money. As as subscriber you are guaranteed to receive the newest release. You get access to subscription-exclusive items. Several months we sell out of our newest themes and do not restock after subscriptions ship.

What size containers are your sensory bins?

The full size container is 14in x 10in and the mini size container is 10in x 7in.

When will I receive my order?

All orders, excluding subscriptions, are shipped out within the next 2 - 3 business days of order receipt. Business days do not include Sundays and all holidays observed by USPS. Subscriptions ship on the 3rd of the following month the order is placed.

When will I get my monthly subscription sensory bin?

Subscribe by the last day of the month to get the following month's bin. All subscription boxes will be shipped on the 3rd of the following month (or the next business day if that day falls on a Sunday or holiday).

When does my subscription renew?

All subscriptions auto-renew on the 15th of each month.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time via your dashboard. You must cancel prior to the 15th of the month or you will be auto drafted for another order. If you cancel after the 15th of the
month, there is no refunds and your last order will ship the following month. You MUST create an account before you can manage your subscription. An account is not automatically created even though you are a subscriber. Instructions below.

You can also pause your subscription at any time.

How do I cancel or pause my subscriptions once subscribed?

1. Go to https://mamaofjoysensoryplay.com/ and click the Manage Your Subscription link in the top menu bar.

2. Log in to your account or create an account if you have not already. (You will need to create an account if you are receiving an error message stating no account is found.)

3. Choose the ‘Manage Subscription’ option under Account Details.

If you need more assistance canceling your sensory box subscription, you can email us
anytime.

How do I change my monthly subscription to include a bin or contents only?

Please follow the instructions below if you choose to make a swap on your subscription.


1. Go to https://mamaofjoysensoryplay.com/ and click the Manage Your Subscription link in the top menu bar.


2. Log in to your account or create an account if you have not already.


3. Choose the ‘Manage Subscription’ option under Account Details.


4. Here you will see your current subscription. Scroll down and click on ‘Products in your subscription’.


5. Click ‘swap product’. You will then see the other monthly subscription option appear. Click ‘select’ and a new shipping rate will be calculated based on which listing you chose.


6. Click ‘save changes’.

7. You have now completed the subscription swap and your next auto draft on the 15th will reflect the price differences.

**Please note if at any time you choose to swap between subscriptions, the swap must be made BEFORE the 15th of the month.**

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

When will I receive my package?

Tracking numbers are emailed to you once a label is created. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link button in your email.

All orders are shipped out within the next 2 - 3 business days. Business days do not include Sundays and all holidays observed by USPS.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship orders over $100 to PO boxes. If an order is placed over this amount, we will contact you for a new shipping address.

Need to change your address on your monthly subscription?

If you need to update an address, you can log into your account and update your address under the manage subscription option. If you need assistance, please contact us at least 5 days before the order is set to ship. We kindly ask customers to give Mama of Joy time to act upon your request. For this reason, 5 full days are required and we cannot guarantee address changes if a request is made closer to the ship date than this.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@mamaofjoysensoryplay.com with details of the product, including photos, and the defect.
