What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept payment by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

What are your sensory bin containers made of?

  • Our Mama of Joy Sensory Bin containers are made of plastic that can be filled with sensory toys.

How should I store the sensory bin fillers?

  • The sensory bin fillers can be stored openly in the container without the lid as none of our fillers dry out (even our moldable sand). We do recommend storing the sensory bin fillers in the bags provided when not being used in the sensory box to help keep dirt and dust out of the fillers.

Can I order just the sensory bin contents without the container?

  • Yes, we offer Contents Only Kits for each item. The kits consist of a filler, themed materials, and props. The Contents Only option does NOT include the container/lid.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

  • Yes, you can add a gift note once you view your shopping cart page. There is a place to add a note to your order. We will include the gift note with the order. We also don’t show prices on the packing slip.

Common Subscription FAQ:

If I buy the monthly subscription, will I receive one of the themed bins currently listed for sale on your website?

  • No, the monthly subscriptions are new themes each month and will not be any of the current items for sale on the website.

    Our sensory box monthly subscriptions automatically include the kit contents, with the option of adding the container/lid.

When will I get my monthly subscription sensory bin?

  • Subscribe by the last day of the month to get next month's bin. All subscription boxes will be mailed on the 3rd of the following month (or the next business day if that falls on a Sunday or holiday).

When does my subscription renew?

  • All subscriptions auto-renew on the 15th of each month.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

  • You can cancel at any time via your dashboard. You must cancel prior to the 15th of the month or you will be auto drafted for another order. If you cancel after the 15th of the month, there is no refunds and your last order will ship the following month.

    You can also pause your subscription at any time.

    How do I cancel or pause my subscriptions once subscribed?

    1. Go to and click the Manage Your Subscription link in the top menu bar. 
    2. Log in to your account or create an account if you have not already. (You will need to create an account if you are receiving an error message stating no account is found.)
    3. Choose the ‘Manage Subscription’ option under Account Details.

             If you need more assistance canceling your sensory box subscription, you can email us anytime.

    How do I change my monthly subscription to include a bin or contents only?

    • Please follow the instructions below if you choose to make a swap on your subscription.

      1. Go to and click the Manage Your Subscription link in the top menu bar. 
      2. Log in to your account or create an account if you have not already.
      3. Choose the ‘Manage Subscription’ option under Account Details.
      4. Here you will see your current subscription. Scroll down and click on ‘Products in your subscription’.
      5. Click ‘swap product’. You will then see the other monthly subscription option appear. Click ‘select’ and a new shipping rate will be calculated based on which listing you chose.
      6. Click ‘save changes’.
      7. You have now completed the subscription swap and your next auto draft on the 15th will reflect the price differences.

    **Please note if at any time you choose to swap between subscriptions, the swap must be made BEFORE the 15th of the month.**


    Do you ship internationally?

    • At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

      When will I receive my package?

      • Tracking numbers are emailed to you once a label is created. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link button in your email. 
      • All orders are shipped out within the next 2 - 3 business days. Business days do not include Sundays and all holidays observed by USPS.

      Do you ship to PO boxes?

      • We do not ship orders over $100 to PO boxes. If an order is placed over this amount, we will contact you for a new shipping address.

      Need to change your address on your monthly subscription?

      If you need to update an address, you can log into your account and update your address under the manage subscription option. If you need assistance, please contact us at least 5 days before the order is set to ship. We kindly ask customers to give Mama of Joy time to act upon your request. For this reason, 5 full days are required and we cannot guarantee address changes if a request is made closer to the ship date than this.
