Purchase orders

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we do! You can send purchase orders to us at sales@mamaofjoysensoryplay.com. If your school or district requires a W-9 before issuing a purchase order, please send us an email.

Please keep in mind that we require pre-payment terms for any purchase orders.  We do this to keep costs low and our operations sustainable.  All orders must be paid for before your order is shipped. Orders paid online are processed immediately.

Your purchase order must include an itemized list of the product name and desired quantity, along with a signature confirming authorization to place the order. In addition, if your organization is tax-exempt, we will need a copy of your tax-exempt letter or form for our records.

If this is your first time purchasing products from our company, we will need to set up an account for you before fulfilling your first order. Once organizations submit their information, they will be approved for pre-payment terms.

If you have not ordered from Mama of Joy Sensory Play previously, please send us an email and include the following information:
